Meets and hangs out near support AND/OR the day's low between 10am - 11am est. A reversal off of support/resistance takes place between 11am and 12pm est. The day's high AND/OR a new high for the week is reached between 12pm and 1pm est. as resistance is breached temporarily. Selling off the high and back down through the support/resistance level takes place between 1pm and 2pm est.
