Overview:
This is looking like a pretty crazy day. There was a high the prior day and we reached the upper end of a range, and this will most likely happen again today. There will be a trade opportunity at the upper end of the range. There might even be a little bit of a breakout there, too. This will likely be the first high for the week.
We have a trade opportunity to cash in, possibly roll some options positions, right at the open. In the pre-market there is a U-shaped dip, maybe something that was previously hidden comes to light. There’s a dip right around the open but then we return back to where we fell from right around 9:45am-9:50am. We move higher just after 10:00am, probably breaking that range, we dip, and then we reach a new local high right around 11:00am. There will be economic data that comes out and causes a decline roughly around 11:00am-12:00pm.
There is a lot of volatility between noon and 1:00pm. There is a rally and volume kicks in just after. We bounce along a resistance level and possibly break through. More likely, we break down through the range that we broke out of to reach the higher high earlier in the day. Now, we bounce up against the resistance that we had broken out of before, and then we fall back through. We are at roughly 1:00pm-2:00pm and we are bouncing against range, and there is a very sharp decline between 2:00pm-3:00pm. There is a big move higher in the last hour, maybe closer to the close. Right at the close there is a sharp drop through a notable price level. Then in the post-market there is a crisscross three times over the same notable support resistance level.
Looking to Tomorrow:
The Sneak Preview card for the following day is a trade opportunity as well. It looks to me that I have a trade opportunity roughly around 11:00am-11:10am, which is at the high. There is a flight to safety into conservative investments, a negative card. It is also marked as a trade opportunity with reverse clairvoyant impressions.
