Behavior Around the Highs:

A sudden sharp move to the upside through a resistance level that eventually becomes support. This doesn’t hold and we break through it, forming a pyramid or an A shape.

Behavior Around the Lows:

Forms a sideways S. We will still be roughly range-bound.

Overview:

There are wild swings, fluctuation, and/or a significant drop in the pre-market. There is a move to the upside right around the open, and an opportunity in the first half hour to open a position in both directions, either a straddle or strangle depending on what the present moment has in store for us. Around roughly 10:00am to 11:00am there is a big move to the upside. There is some rotation and we reach the next resistance level, and that becomes support. It doesn’t last and we take a drop, which will happen around noon. There will also be a pop up in there as well, between 12:00pm and 2:30ish. At the latest it will be 3:00pm. In this time, the volatility will also increase.

Roughly around 10:30am to 10:40am we will reach a low for the day. Then it looks like we will have two highs within the wild swinging at the end of the day. There will be a notable trough somewhere within the 1:30pm-3:00pm hour. There will be a high around 2:00pm and another high around the close. In the last half hour of trading there will be a big move to the upside. Everything will look very grim and then there will be a big move up. There are price fluctuations right at the close with bearish momentum. This turns into a bigger decline in the post-market.
